Bay Shore Construction can trench for all utilities, provide for temporary water and power and when the project complete; connect to permanent water and power.  Bay Shore Construction can also lay additional conduit to provide for later installation of phone, cable, etc, so you will not have to do digging in the future.

Leak Detection

Leaking pipes can be a nightmare if you don’t know what is happening or even where to locate it.  Water leaks can cost hundreds even thousands of dollars in water bills and restoration if not repaired quickly and correctly.  If your home or business structure is over 20 years old, your water bill is increasing or have had water pressure decline as time goes or chances are you may have a water leak.  Bay Shore has the state of the art technology to pin point water leaks and uncover the problem with one of our trained technicians.

Underground pneumatic boring/piercing tools are often referred to as hogs, air hogs or pneumatic gophers.  The tool is used to bore a hole underground between two points without disturbing the surface ground.  This open air chamber is referred to as the bore hole and is used to either run ducting for product or the raw product itself between to two points.

Before any demolition activities, there are many steps that need to take place, including but not limited to: performing asbestos abatement, obtaining necessary permits, submitting necessary notifications, disconnecting utilities, rodent baiting and development of site-specific safety work plans.
